At the age of 46, Donald Trump has gained influence in politics and wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement that was initiated by his father. He owns several businesses catering to conservative audiences, including a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting deal. Forbes recently calculated Trump’s estimated net worth to be approximately $50 million, mostly accumulated after his father’s political career following January 6, 2021.
His associates believe he will not be joining the administration for this reason. However, he is aware of the challenges faced by his siblings and other first-term administration officials who tried to control access to his father, knowing it can be risky from a political standpoint.
Recently, as the president-elect is selecting his administration team, his son has been playing a role in assessing loyalty. While the president-elect is more concerned with appearances and messaging when reviewing candidates at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, his son is more focused on determining if the candidates truly believe in what they are saying and if they pose a threat to the MAGA movement.
