Out of all of Trump’s children, Donald Jr. has been the one who has remained the closest to his father. He is the oldest son of the president-elect.

At 46 years old, Mr. Trump has gained influence in politics and accumulated wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement initiated by his father. He owns various businesses catering to conservative audiences, such as a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting contract. Forbes has estimated Mr. Trump’s net worth to be approximately $50 million, a significant portion of which was acquired following his father’s political career after January 6, 2021.

His colleagues believe he will not be joining the administration for this reason. However, he is aware of the challenges faced by his siblings and some new administration officials when trying to control access to his father.

Recently, as the president-elect assembles his administration, his son has taken on the role of evaluating loyalty.
