Out of all of Trump’s children, Donald Jr. has been the one who has stayed by his father’s side the most. He is the oldest son of the president-elect.
At 46 years old, Donald Trump has gained influence in politics and wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement that was originally started by his father. He owns several conservative-oriented businesses, including a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting contract. Forbes recently calculated Trump’s net worth to be approximately $50 million, mostly accumulated after his father’s political career ended in January 2021.
Due to this, people close to him state that he does not intend to become part of the administration. However, he is aware of the challenges faced by his siblings and some new administration officials when trying to control access to his father, which can be politically risky.
Lately, as the incoming president is forming his administration, his son has been playing a role in assessing loyalty. While the president-elect focuses on appearance and messaging when evaluating candidates at Mar-a-Lago, his son is more concerned with determining the sincerity of their words and whether they pose a threat to the MAGA agenda.
