Updating from the capital
Ivanka and Jared decided to move away from the White House and start a new life in Miami. Eric is now in charge of the family business. Tiffany recently got married. Barron is studying to become a strategist at NYU.
Out of all of Trump’s children, Donald Jr. has been the one who has remained the closest to his father.
Donald Trump, who is 46 years old, has gained both political influence and wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement that his father began. He owns various businesses catering to conservative audiences, such as a publishing company and a podcasting deal worth seven figures annually. According to Forbes, his net worth, which has largely increased since his father’s political career after January 6, 2021, is estimated to be approximately $50 million.
Due to this, his colleagues believe he has no intention of becoming a part of the administration. However, he is aware of the challenges that his siblings and some new administration officials faced when trying to control access to his father. Serving as a gatekeeper for his father can be a risky political move.
Recently, as the incoming president puts together his team, his son has been acting as a sort of loyalty evaluator. While the president-elect is focused on appearance and communication skills when reviewing potential candidates, his son is more interested in their sincerity and whether they align with the values of the MAGA movement.
