Out of all of Trump’s children, Donald Jr. has remained the closest to his father, the president-elect.
Donald Trump, who is 46 years old, has gained both political influence and wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement that was originally started by his father. He has various businesses that cater to conservative audiences, such as a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting contract worth seven figures annually. According to Forbes, Trump’s estimated net worth is approximately $50 million, which has mostly been accumulated since his father’s political career after January 6, 2021.
His colleagues believe he will not be joining the administration for this reason. However, he is aware of the risks involved in trying to control access to his father, as his siblings and some new administration officials have experienced.
Lately, as the incoming president selects members for his administration, his son has been acting as a sort of loyalty evaluator. While the president-elect prioritizes appearance and communication skills when reviewing candidates at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, his son is more concerned with determining the sincerity of their words and assessing whether they pose a risk to the MAGA agenda.
