At 46 years old, Donald Trump has gained influence in politics and wealth by promoting the Make America Great Again movement that his father initiated. He has various businesses that cater to conservative audiences, including a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting contract. Forbes calculated Trump’s net worth to be approximately $50 million, which increased significantly following his father’s political career after January 6, 2021.
Due to this, his colleagues mention that he does not intend to become part of the administration. However, he is aware of the challenges faced by his siblings and some administration officials in their attempts to control access to his father, which can be risky from a political standpoint.
Recently, as the president-elect is putting together his team, his son has been acting as a sort of loyalty gauge. While the president-elect is focused on appearance and messaging when reviewing candidates at Mar-a-Lago, his son is more concerned with their sincerity and potential threat to the MAGA movement.
