At the age of 46, Donald Trump has gained influence in politics and accumulated wealth by continuing the Make America Great Again movement initiated by his father. He owns several conservative-oriented businesses, including a publishing company and a lucrative podcasting contract. Forbes approximated his net worth to be around $50 million, primarily acquired following his father’s political career post January 6, 2021.
His colleagues believe that he will not be joining the administration for this reason. However, he is aware of the challenges faced by his siblings and other new administration officials when they tried to control access to his father. This is a risky move politically.
Recently, as the president-elect puts together his team, his son has been acting as a sort of loyalty tester. While they assess potential candidates at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, the president-elect is interested in appearance and communication skills, according to those close to them. His son, however, is more concerned with whether the candidates truly believe in what they are saying and if they pose a risk to the principles of the MAGA movement.
