A woman living in Southeast Asia advertised her livestream on Bigo Live, a video chat app. The New York Times saw her profile screenshot at the beginning of this year. She was contacted online by an undercover agent from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, pretending to be a man interested in young girls. She then directed him to another livestreaming app where her pay-per-view sexual abuse content was being hosted.
